Pappa al Pomodoro – Iconic dish by chef Dario Guidi Magenes

The recipe was so surprising that it was noticed and nominated by JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe, representing Italy for the 2022 JRE Innovation Award.

It was "far" 2015 when our chef Dario Guidi created his tomato soup.
