There is no November without Golosaria Milano, the exhibition by Paolo Massobrio and Marco Gatti born within the taste best seller ilGolosario which is preparing to return to MiCo with its basket of excellent products (and producers) from all over the world. The event will have as its fil rouge "The Taste of Distinction", where distinction is understood not only as an index of uniqueness, but also as a symbol of restitution to the territory in terms of welfare, sustainability and connection, a theme that will be explored during the inaugural talk.

Golosaria Milano, the numbers of the new 2022 edition

The Golosaria Milano mosaic will be made up of 1,000 products from 200 food producers and 100 wineries, with 1,000 labels for tasting and a focus on the territories that will touch regions such as Lombardy, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Calabria and Sicily. All accompanied by a schedule of over 50 meetings, masterclasses and show cooking.

The theme of Golosaria 2022 will find interpretation in theFood area, with the stories and products of the Milanese exhibitors selected by ilGolosario: Quack di Pregnana Milanese and, from Milan, Bottega Urbana, Fattormia, Ammu Cannoli Siciliani, Clivati 1969, Fenice and Prodotti Tipici di Matera, while among the Street Kitchens you can taste the dishes of the Bravi Ragazzi from Meda. But the presence of the Catholic University will also be important, which will bring its innovative projects to the fair, and of Frigo 2000, Golosaria's technical partner.

The Wine area will then come to life, which like every year will be able to count on a special focus dedicated to the Top Hundred, the recognition of the best wines in Italy which took place without ever rewarding the wineries of the years precedents and which brought many new and unknown producers to the Milan market, triggering a true process of distinction. But the area will also be enlivened by the Golosaria Enoteca, which will promote awareness of some memorable labels, but also of many of the wineries awarded over the years alongside important companies in the national wine scene.

In addition to the physical spaces, there will be a rich schedule of meetings, debates, show cooking and wine tasting which will enliven the areas of Golosaria, declining the theme of this edition but also giving space to highly topical issues which will touch on the sphere of ethics and of sustainability. In addition to the traditional areas, Golosaria 2022 will be enriched with a new MIXO area dedicated to mixed drinks.

Catering will be the protagonist with the award ceremony of the Crowns and Radiant Faces, i.e. the best restaurants in the province of Milan reported in the ilGolosario Ristoranti 2023 guide: 46 Radiant Crowns and 82 Radiant Faces in total.

Golosaria Milano space for European excellence

“European excellence is an art form”. This is the communication campaign that will be promoted in Golosaria with a stand dedicated to the aromatic Prosciutto di Carpegna Dop and the unique products originating from the well-known Belgian region of Wallonia. Visitors will have the opportunity to taste the Prosciutto di Carpegna Dop, freshly sliced by an expert cutter, but also to learn about the other products of the campaign through information brochures. Objective of the campaign: to strengthen knowledge of European quality brands, which unites 13 PDO and PGI certified excellences. These products are unique and special due to their history, origin and tradition.
