We are pleased to invite you to an exclusive evening dedicated to discovering the excellence of Champagne Herbert Beaufort, an authentic petit vigneron in the heart of the renowned Montagne de Reims.

During the evening, you will have the opportunity to taste a fine selection of Champagne Herbert Beaufort paired with a menu specially designed to enhance its unique characteristics. A sensory journey that will lead you through the authentic flavors of this authentic small producer.

Amuse bouche paired with Champagne Brut “Carte D’Or Tradition” Grand Cru

• Fake olive with veal tartare
• Tacos with boiled meat, 16 month parmesan and guacamole
• Sablè, goat cheese and carrot flower
• Campari bon bon and bitter orangeade
• The egg in Cereghino... in one bite!!!

Appetizer paired with Champagne Extra-Brut “Cuvée L’Age D’Or” Grand Cru 2019

• Spring Roll with Fassona ragout, parmesan and pesto

First paired with Champagne Brut “Cuvée du Melomane” Grand Cru

• Risotto with leeks, pecorino cheese, licorice

Second course paired with Champagne Brut Rosè “Cuvee Yllen” Premier Cru

• Cod, fermented chili paste, asparagus and salted almonds

Dessert

• Millefoglie with custard, strawberries and rhubarb ice cream

The cost of the evening per person is 110€. Including service charge, water and coffee.
